A comprehensive review of the data and documents required is provided to the broker which you can then take to your client meeting.
Pre-packaging fees are discounted from end-to-end fees if deal proceeds.
Inclusive of packaging, preparation of required forms, follow ups, client/lender communications, notification of pre-approval & property search check-ins.
Includes all requirements of an SMSF submission and end-to-end monitoring process. Full end-to-end fee charged upfront to eliminate risk to MBS and justify demands of the application.

Includes collection of updated supporting documents, preparation and execution of any applicable extension request forms, request for extension with lender & follow ups.

Inclusive of packaging, preparation of required forms, compliance requirements, follow ups, attendance to missing information requests, submission & monitoring of discharge authority, client/lender/OFI communications and loan document signing assistance if required.
Includes collection of updated supporting documents/contract of sale, ordering of valuation, recalculation of figures & preparation of required forms, request to lender for formal approval, follow ups, client/conveyancer/agent communications, loan document signing assistance if required.
*Only charged if/when file converts
*If a purchase falls through and file is rolled back to pre-approval, only a pre-approval extension fee will be charged on next conversion

Includes preparation, submission and follow up of deposit bond application.
Includes rework, submission and follow ups on application.

Includes settlement completed communication to all relevant stakeholders, loan summary review 2 business days from settlement, 5 week follow up & implementation of client retention strategy if required.

Applicable for all deals that need application forms out or submission on the same day as handover.
Includes review of current interest rate, contact to lender to confirm if rate is competitive. If rate is competitive, confirming with broker. If not, a brief comparison to be prepared and presented to broker for approval. Once approved, pricing to be implemented and confirmed with customer.

*Maximum of 10 files per day
*Customer retention fee is not charged for end-to-end deals
*If a deal results from a retention call (i.e. refinance), it would be appreciated if the deal is processed through Max Broker Support as a show of good faith
